We watched it happen for a year and then built the thing we wished existed: one link, one sitting, one trail of breadcrumbs the league can actually see.
One link, posted anywhere. The form routes each kid via their school attended, then zone, then finally nearest team within sixty miles. Directors see a map of where families are coming in and which schools are silent.
Open the link, pick the kid's school from a real list, answer a few questions. The form suggests a team with one sentence saying why.
